In my mind, in order to be "successful" it is important to find balance. In order for me to be successful as an athlete I need to find the balance between working hard and resting. Pushing too hard all the time will eventually wear me out so I make sure to make the time to rest and relax. This obviously doesn't just apply to exercise. I also take the experiences in my life and process and integrate them during my times of rest and meditation. It's extremely important... “There is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. I love the word "Nourish". It has such a loving and compassionate energy to it compared to the word "Feed". It's like the difference between "hearing", and "listening". Or the difference between "looking", and "seeing". There seems to be a quality of pure presence, care and mindfulness to the word Nourish. Let me ask you this... Are you feeding your body just to get through the day, or are you NOURISHING your body with fresh food and exercise that make you feel good?
