Day 4/114 "Burpees Save Me!"

Today was a great day!


I did a workout from End of Three Fitness called -

"Burpees save me!"


Time trial 2000 meter row/run *Rest 7:00 Max burpees in 9:00 ** If you reach 109 or more then you are done! If NOT you have to row/run ANOTHER 2000 Meters!


SO! I chose to do 5000 meters on the Assault bike because rowing and running have been flaring up my hamstring and I knew it would be nearly equivalent - time wise - to a 2000 meter row.


I finished the bike in 8:47 and did 140 burpees in 9:00! An amazing challenge and I look forward to tomorrow!
