If you need help with any skills (Pull-ups, muscle-ups, rope climbs, double unders, handstands, handstand walks, etc.), olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk), regular lifts (squats, deadlifts, overhead squats, bench press, etc.,) or anything else related to getting better at movement, this is the membership for you! We will find out what is holding you back, (strength, mobility, etc.) and get you progressing to your goals. We will meet once a week or once every two weeks and I will send you home with things to work on to keep you progressing. Also included is video feedback from your training sessions when we aren't together so we can make sure you are practicing correctly.
