Day 2 of 100

For my second day of my 100 days of running I was grateful, as always, to have been able to actually run 6 miles in honor of another Hero. This workout was sooo tough. I just felt really slow today. BUT, I finished and that's a win! 😁🙏♥️

For Time: Finished in 1:39:22 (Was wearing my 8# weight vest too!)

100 Thrusters (135/95 lb) 100 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups 6 mile run

**Partition the thrusters, pull-ups and run as needed.

( I partitioned this workout in the following way....

Thrusters: 18 18 16 16 16 16 Chest to Bar: 18 18 16 16 16 16 Run: 1 2 3 4 5 6 I varied how I broke up those numbers each set as well...)
