I Have Sent You Nothing But Angels

I had SUCH a beautiful, spiritual experience at the gym today! One that instantly reminded me of the quote in Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch that says… “I have sent you nothing but ANGELS.” I realize in my mind that God can use any and all avenues to bring messages to me – sometimes though, I am just not aware enough at the time to receive them. Usually that happens because I am doing one thing and my mind is completely on something else… I am not in the moment, in the NOW. But then there are those times when I truly am. I was running on the treadmill and usually I just look out the window on this beautiful field … completely focused on my running. I use my workouts as a meditation so I go within during this important time in my day that is very sacred to me. But TODAY – there ‘happened’ to be a very tall, older man that was standing in the stretching area in front of the treadmills doing what looked to me like very simple balance exercises. He was standing right in front of me so that I couldn’t see beyond him to the field, so I ran watching him. Now, I often just randomly send love and light to people at the gym… I love to do that and see who looks first because they are feeling “something” but don’t know what it is! Anyway, I was watching this man doing his balance exercises and every once in a while he would look up at me (which is rare for people working out at the gym). At one point — all this man was trying to do… was to stand on one foot and balance. His legs were shaking and he was very focused. I assumed he was probably rehabing an injury or something just based on the great care he was taking to do this. So – I began to just send him love and light at first — connecting with him in that way. And then, I started talking to myself and telling myself that I am much more powerful than I think I am. This man and I are connected — in fact, we are ONE and so I mentally used energy from my hands to help hold this man in his balance posture. It was amazing to see this working… he stood on one foot for quite sometime — very steady. But then – another perspective came into my awareness that I believe this particular “angel” was sent to show me. I realized … that, yes, this man IS me and we ARE one and aren’t I always saying that you can only heal the world from within? SO – I went within… and I realized that what this man was working on … was… BALANCE. I am always asking for assistance in my life to help me achieve balance. DING DING!!! Wow — what a shift in my perception… it was nearly palpable!!! So instead of trying to energetically hold this man in his balance posture. I went within myself … seeing mySELF and my LIFE in beautiful balance. I don’t think I have to tell you that THIS thinking kept this man in his balance posture even longer. Just… Divine.. As within, So without….
