I am a dedicated and holistic personal trainer who wholeheartedly believes in the transformative power of fitness and well-being. I'm not your average personal trainer; I'm a wellness partner who expects my clients to be as equally invested in their journey as I am.

My approach to personal training is defined by a profound understanding that health is a multifaceted endeavor. I blend exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, and personal empowerment to create a balanced and sustainable path toward optimal health. My mission is to empower my clients to live their best lives by making well-informed choices and embracing a healthy lifestyle.

However, I am selective when it comes to choosing my clients, not because I'm exclusive, but because I want to ensure that my clients receive the full benefit of my dedication. My selectivity is rooted in a deep sense of responsibility to those who entrust me with their health. I know that achieving personal wellness requires a reciprocal commitment.

My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to embark on a holistic wellness journey with determination, a positive attitude, and a willingness to make the necessary lifestyle changes. I value commitment, consistency, and a strong desire for self-improvement. My clients understand that it's not just about the time spent in the gym but also about the choices they make outside of it, from the food they eat to the self-care practices they adopt.

In addition to my personal training/coaching I have a couple different services that I offer.  One is a skills session.  This session is for those who have a certain skill that they are interested in learning or getting better at.  And an energy healing session which can be done in person or remotely.  I have experience in several different healing modalities and will use whatever I think is best for your situation.

There is always a complimentary consultation in which we will talk all about you so that I can learn more about where you are and where you want to go.   We will then decide on the best course of action to get you there. 

Realize that wellness is not a static state.  Your wellness is a journey of self-discovery and attention...and it doesn't end. The beauty of your journey isn't reaching a goal - it is the process.  I will help you learn to love your process and love your Self so that you can have what you really want which is... joy, happiness, peacefulness and love.
